AIR MAKEUP SYSTEM
EPA offers highly efficient, direct-fired gas burners, which convert 98% of the fuel into heat. We also offer an 80% re-circulation system to further increase fuel efficiency. Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are used to balance air pressure, extend exhaust motor life, and increase energy savings.
Depending on your process design and facility constraints, we can provide from 1 million BTUH to 4 million BTUH burners in either horizontal or vertical, and cabinet mounted or floor standing configurations. Why consider direct-fired burners? Because these heaters generate faster cabin heat rise and higher turndown ratios, offering better fuel efficiency than indirect heat exchangers.
