When your production line requires uninterrupted process throughput, EPA provides crossdraft (tunnel style) spray enclosures. Additional airflow profiles are available and will depend on your unique application. Depending on your needs, our powder coating booths can be equipped with automatic powder gun arrays, programmable controls, and conveyors for a completely automated finishing system.
We specialize in delivering and installing custom systems, integrating manual, or powered conveyors in both floor-mounted and overhead configurations, pre-treatment wash stations or multi-stage automated washers, and a variety of dry-off oven designs. Central to EPA’s automated systems are fuel-efficient curing ovens, featuring forced induction gas burners with unsurpassed temperature control and turndown ratios.
