POWDER BOOTH
Our powder coating spray booths are made in the USA specifically for powder coating applications and to meet sophisticated, multi-function process requirements. We offer many booth configurations sized to meet your exact specifications. Options include a variety of recirculation and exhaust airflow profiles, custom burner configurations, variable frequency drives and controls, filtration systems, conveyors, and fire suppression integration when required.
If you are uncertain about which powder filtration system is right for you, consider these basics. Although a 3-stage filtration system has a lower initial cost, it is recommended only when spraying lower material volumes (<80 lbs./week), and the process does not necessitate powder recovery (for spray-to-waste applications).
While initially more expensive, the ROI is greater for cartridge systems in general. Self-cleaning cartridge systems are normally employed in higher volume spraying operations and when a spray-to-recovery system is required. If your spraying process involves larger volumes (100 lbs./day), only a cartridge system will effectively filter higher volumes of air without driving up operational costs due to regular filter replacements and increased downtime (as in a spray-to-waste process).
